Who We Are and What We Do . . .


Klinkhart Hall Arts Center, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization that seeks to preserve the historic Klinkhart Hall building in Sharon Springs, New York and to establish it as an arts center for the regional and local communities.

Our goals are to:

  • Preserve the historic Klinkhart Hall building in Sharon Springs, NY;

  • Serve as a venue for local, regional and national productions of the performing arts, including theater, dance, and music; the visual arts, including painting and other graphic arts, sculpture, photography, crafts and installations; and for the electronic arts and film;

  • Host sponsor or produce civic, cultural and educational events for the benefit of the general public, including educational and arts programs; lectures, town meetings, dances, banquest, seasonal festivals, historic celebrations, workshops, and public forums.

  • Host, sponsor and support other events and arts activities representative of diverse cultures and aesthetics.

Klinkhart Hall Arts Center, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization and is registered with the NYS Attorney General's Charities Bureau.
